- TCL send the quotation to customer’s email, including product information and other cost ( transportation fee, custom fee… )
- TCL answer question and consideration from customer and instruct customer for payment
- We provide 3 payment method to customer to choose:
1, BANKING SYSTEM2, DIRECT IN TCL’S OFFICE3, PAYMENT AT HOME
- TCL have agents in Germany, Japan, US …

TCL will send the tracking number for shipment and estimated arrival date to customer
- Customer will receive the notice from overseas office to confirm receiving goods.
- When the cargo arrive, TCL will measure weight once again and send the arrival notice to customer.
- Within 12 to 36 hours, TCL will try to deliver door to door to customer ( Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh ).
- After receving goods, TCL still support customer to claim the seller for wrong order, lack of quantity.
TCL IS ONLY BROKER/FORWARDER AND DELIVER TO CUSTOMER FROM OVERSEAS WEBSITE, TCL IS NOT MANUFACTURER OR SELLER SO TCL WIL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY MISTAKE FROM PRODUCT ( ESPECIALLY FOR WATCHES, HOUSEHOLD STUFFS… ). HOWEVER, TCL WILL TRY OUR BEST TO PROTECT THE CUSTOMER RIGHT AND CLAIM WITH SELLER.
